Will sell house for 2 Bonios and a well-worn slipper.
Our agent did similar, which I thought was really naff but actually people seemed to like it. Bertie would've sold for a cornflake but he was elderly at the time and is sadly no longer with us. Can't be many rats on Rightmove though!

Someone unhappy about the sell off of social housing?0 -
Makes sense to me, good use of space: it is on the "Upper Ground Floor" and it is quite a big room. It only surprises me that it doesn't appear to have a shower in it according to the floor plan. I'd probably want to put a sauna in there too!Lioness_Twinkletoes wrote: »The oddest room I have ever seen....

If it were the only "facilities" in the house it might be different, but every bedroom has an en-suite and there is even an extra toilet on the lowest[sic] ground floor. What is more astonishing to me is the amount of square footage taken up with en-suites, toilets, dressing rooms etc. Seems like someone got the house footprint and then didn't know what to do with all the space.
SPCome on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -

Map view seems confused on this one: Thinks it's in a road called south gate in Exeter, rather than exeter road in Southgate.0 -

Nice house, but why do they say 6 bedrooms when the floorplan only says 5?0
