I would have thought the EA would have got onto the vendor to tell them they needed to do a quick bit of a re-paint job before the house was put on the market.0 -

I'd have thought an agent of average intelligence, or even a competent 8 year old, could keep the signs out of shot.

A glimmer of hope! The chain is ready. The investor at the bottom is now chomping at the bit but wanted a completion date of 27th Nov which neither I or my vendor can do. Earliest mutual date is 6th Dec. Hopefully we can exchange Monday.Officially in a clique of idiots0
