I see what you mean and I bet those neighbours are sitting there thinking "Thank goodness it looks pretty modern/reasonably maintained - should sell pretty quickly" and watching all surrounding sales like a hawk to estimate how long it will take to go and have already got the bottle of champagne in to celebrate:cool:0
