Translation being = it's actually a one bedroom flat - as the sitting room is due to be in one of the "bedrooms". That kitchen/diner is simply not big enough to also be used as a sitting room.0 -

I don't think so, no, it looks like that's the toilet door that's downstairs?
It has a bath up stirs but loo downstairs, just to confuse!
Its just the weirdest layout and I'm thinking of you could get 2 bedrooms out of it, which would be easier if you could use the front door, but I don't think it exists!NOT a NEWBIE!
