What was the EA thinking with pic 7 - really? - what was the point of that? Obviously its overgrown - a shot from an upstairs window showing the actual overall size and outlook would have been more helpful...

Cupboards over the cooker look a bit iffy - unless they are some sort of disguised cooker hood. But the property itself isn't bad at all. Perhaps a bit too fond of tiling though...

Looks like a lot for the money. I'd just have to ask myself if I really wanted to deal with all those 60s 'features' all over again.


The fireplace looks perfect for a few of these.

I suspect a very dodgy garage conversion, but there's an easy grannex or holiday let there, and roofing over /insulating properly wouldn't be too hard. I've done it in my place.

Can't do much about the looks though!

Okay - let's all do the time warp dance from the Rocky Horror Show. The way that house is it would be appropriate.

Well - they have updated the shower and tiles in the shower room and swopped the windows. But I can't spot any other work on the house since it was built.
