Bare brick/ stone walls are back in fashion, but without the shiny glaze.
I think they're starting to go out again to be honest, they were in when converted industrial buildings with exposed steelwork and brickwork were trendy in the early noughties, but even here in Manchester which was the capital of converted mills, they don't seem to be such a big thing anymore.
One flat I went to view back in 2010 had a huge steel column about 2 foot in diameter literally in the middle of the living room. If you'd had guests over you'd have had to keep peering round it to speak to each other! Was very impressed they'd somehow managed to avoid showing it in the EA pics!0 -

In my bit of Manchester every new bar/ caf!/ restaurant has one!0 -
The owners of this one aren't doing themselves any favours with the clutter and generally poor presentation, the situation's not great and the price is 'hopeful.'
But what will kill it is the Street View, which besides reinforcing how long it's been on the market, shows what's already happened to the neighbour's property, admittedly in an even worse position.

Good God - that really would be a killer - I'd be tempted to take it off the market until Google update the street view (assuming the neighbours have now fixed the smash)0
