the asking price is £65,000
the particulars say: "sold with the benefit of a long term tenant and with a rental income of £4,080 per annum generating a yield of approximately 5.4%."
4080/65,000 = 6.2% yield or have they included costs we are not being told about to give a net yield?0 -

That's bigger than one we had on here a while back which had a mezzanine (shelf only just big enough for a mattress) and a shower in the corner by the front door. Toilet was shared.
How about renting this one, not sure where the 'private shower' is, in the wardrobe?
