If you want to be really picky, then there aren't enough bathrooms (2 en suite, leaving 2 for the remaining 5 bedrooms). Plus bedroom 7 is a big cupboard.
If I had enough spare money to make an offer, I'd be insisting that the peacock is included.0 -
