    - What a shame - spot the missing bits in the pretty recently-fitted kitchen...
I can't spot anything, except that it appears to be straight out of Howden's contract range, which is odd, unless the developer ran out of dosh.

Also, they male chickened-up the supply to the extractor hood.

    1. One of the doors meant to hide fridge/freezer missing
    2. End panels each side of range cooker missing

    OTOH:
    - there's a wire on show leading to cooker hood
    - cooker hood is too small
    - it just doesnt look quite "right" all round somehow

I doubt that fridge is meant to be built in.

But the kitchen is badly designed and certainly not built for actual cooking.

The house is rather sweet, but sad at the same time because some old person has obviously struggled to remain independent.

I'm convinced those kitchen units are the MFI ones I had in the 70s.

They match those installed in a new build from the early 80s, which I had the great joy of putting a sledge hammer through in 2006.

That they've lasted until now is nothing short of a miracle. Horrible plastic drawers on plastic runners and doors that fell of if you looked at them in the wrong way!

I thought this thread was meant to be about surprising, shocking, funny or weird houses. Not spotting missing panels in kitchens!

Could be a nice (2 bedroom) house. The garden makes it look worth a punt (if one had the money to remove the ground floor bathroom and put the rest of the bathroom in "bedroom 3").

I feel I should get a cut from the sale of this one - the view in photo 14 is only possible because I did a hedge reduction for the neighbour last month :)http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-46628913.html
