Struggling to find fault with this one, just a shame I can't afford it!
FYI this is the area where BBC have just broadcast Winterwatch from.

Was surprised to see a yurt and sauna with a house like that
- but then they promptly got notched up in my mind as extra brownie points in its favour.
Nice house - though I'd still "get ripping" being me....:rotfl:. But...yes...I'd leave the outside of the house exactly as is basically.
The peacock would have to go though...if they didnt get on the phone to a local zoo or something = then I would.0 -

Pity they can't afford carpets for the bedrooms?0 -
Corner bath would have to go.
Don't like the black and white wallpaper.
Apart from that, it would do at a pinch. The peacock stays, with the yurt's firepit always a possibility
.

Such a shame they don't realise how much they are putting off buyers by not decluttering. They mention the well stocked garden in the particulars, but not the well stocked house.
I'd love a little porch bit like that in my garden though. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? This makes me sad. 9sqm?! How on earth did this sell for £120k. Looking at the photos, I was thinking there'd be a separate bedroom area but it's literally just the kitchen. I don't even think you'd fit a single bed in there, how is it legal?! I have no problems with studio flats but most are at least 25-30 square metres :-(

My guess is it's been bought by someone to use as a crash pad during the week. Back to the country pile at the weekend.0 -
