And the wooden house that wooden sell! This has been for sale since about 2012 and hasn't seen a single price drop! It's so tacky and right by the motorway. It sits on stony farmland with a nosey farmer for a neighbour/seller (we viewed another house on the land a few years ago).

In need of major works (at least half the roof and some damp issues visible in the photos but the floors look dry) and grade II listed. But if it goes for anywhere near that guide price you could throw £200k at it and still come out on top ...

On top of a hill for sure! Nothing would persuade me to live at 300m.

But someone will lust for it and the guide price is probably way low. There's definite signs of tartification in the area.
