Yes, it's an oddity of the planning law that an out of chartacter porch my Dad cobbled together from bits and pieces in 1962, is now listed, while that place can, apparently, be demolished.

My understairs shower WC is about that size. It cuts invisibly into an unusable corner of the kitchen and you wouldn't know that it's part of a shower room.

If that's where I think it is, I drove past it last year and was taken by its location. Out of my budget, though, even with a London house to trade in.
