Maybe the kids come with the house? :think:0 -

Obviously built at the same time as the poorer relation next door, but they're kinda tight together on their plots.
Never mind the questionable taste, for £3m I'd want to have a bit more space between me and next door.....or at least as much as I have now.0 -

As they say in some circles, "boak!!!"
Utterly awful, particularly the way they've used pics of their kids to sell the property! Blimey, when we were selling an 'aspirational' house (not in that league), our professional photographer made me move our cat out of shot, so don't think he'd have been happy photographing that little bunch. I always thought you were meant to present your property so your buyers could imagine themselves living there - so remove all traces of personal stuff. Imho that would include your offspring
Also hate the EA encouraging potential purchasers to "see, touch and feel" all the property has to offer.......I'm not very PC, but couple that with pics of semi-nude kids and cringe
.......and what is that vision of lace unloveliness in the corner of pic 4 (beneath the multitude of hideous swags and tails)?Mortgage-free for fourteen years!

I can't believe you all missed picture 26. The ultimate self promotion by the EA.
PS I think the models were hired for the photoshoot.0 -

Strewth! Looking at the surroundings, the main road, the properties close by and outlook across that main road no wonder the whole blurb smacks of desperation to get the thing sold (Christmas appears to be the target date)
What I find especially amusing, though, is the repeated concept that there are incentives here to lure in friends. Perhaps in short supply here0 -
I presume Zachary is the guy getting out of the Beamer?“And all shall be well. And all shall be well. And all manner of things shall be exceeding well.”
