This house is stunning but entirely impractical:

If you could afford a house like this you might have a nice car and would want a proper garage to put it in.
Wouldn't like to have to clean behind that bath!
One of those radiators might be nice, but not in every room - couldn't hang curtains at some of the windows as they would be in the way.
Not sure about the black window frames.
Such a shame as it is otherwise be a lovely house and in a very desirable area too.
Looks as if it was designed by someone who normally designs open plan offices.0 -

I don't usually like that kind of renovation - preferring to restore older/period properties to their former glory whilst embracing the character stuff - but I actually quite like that;)
Nicer kitchen than a lot I've seen in this kind of house.......plus we have almost identical island stools
The bathrooms look high-end and luxurious. Yes, cleaning behind free-standing baths is a PITA - we've had several in previous houses - but at that price point you'd employ a cleaner, no?
Vehicle-wise, surely you could just add a garage/carport at the front?Mortgage-free for fourteen years!

Oooh - that gives me the shivers. A few years ago, a brutal double-murder took place in a house near to me. The number of !!!!!s that came for "a viewing" when the property went on the market was really grim.0 -
I have no truck with ghosts, and I like the look of the house. Pity there are no pictures of the interior. I'm assuming the crime scene has been cleared up but I'd like to see just how dated the rooms are.0

Is buying a house where a murder took place any worse than buying one where someone had been died from natural causes and no one realised for several months? Both of the them would have to be cleaned by specialists.0

Large south facing rear garden, with a school playing field behind = gold plated position, especially with the leafy frontage and wide verges.
This one's not going to languish. Possibly a complete rebuild with a nod & a wink from the council for an interesting design, not out of keeping.0 -
Hideous house, cringe inducing blurb and bizarre photo choices - why show us what the house actually looks like when you can have a photo shoot for your kids instead?
(Grace, Imogen, Ayda, Faye & Zachary, in case you were wondering)

That is what is known in my home as "lots of taste, all of it bad."0
