How overpriced is it?
By 80-100k at least. I think because it's at the edge of the broads, the vendor's expectations are high - impossibly high!0 -
Here's another deluded/overpriced one.......
https://www.rightmove.co.uk/commercial-property-for-sale/property-21264309.html
Has been on the market since May 2010, yet there are no internal pics (I s'pose because it's being marketed as a development with pp in place, but even so.....)
Also, it appears to be on with the same EA twice at two different prices, lol!
Love the garden 'ornaments' of old phone box and manky looking toilet......if they don't sell you an aspirational lifestyle, I don't know what will :rotfl:Mortgage-free for fourteen years!

This one - in jolly Jaywick - has four different prices with four different EAs :T

Two of the listings went live on the same date, yet are £10k apart - admittedly the lower one refers to a 'Summer sale' yet does not appear to have been reduced, so must have been that lower price from day one
It also has teddies, too many oversized sofas, every kind of twig you could wish for (or not!) as well as his and hers swinging hammock/gazebos......I guess they like to chillax a lot :rotfl:Mortgage-free for fourteen years!

It was always called Spital CEMETERY Lodge - but they have dropped the word cemetery and nowhere does it mention that you are at the entrance gate to a cemetery. You have to use the same gate to get in and out as everyone else, and there is no physical boundary between you and the gravestones, which you can see from the kitchen and smallest living room windows. I know all this because we rented it 40 odd years ago. I loved living there, and am sorry to see it is in such need of TLC - but out of area viewers are in for a surprise!Downshifted

I think I'd be okay with the cemetery and it has such potential to be beautiful.“And all shall be well. And all shall be well. And all manner of things shall be exceeding well.”

Here's another with 'grave' connections (pic 12).......

According to the EA it's known locally as 'The Exorcist's House'........woooooo
My family originally hail from Norfolk, but I'm not familiar with the area although I gather King's Lynn is not that nice? Despite that, apart from a rather too tiny courtyard garden this cute little cottage appears to have bags of potential imho.....as well as replacing that ugly bathroom and kitchen, I'd want to give it a new name thoughMortgage-free for fourteen years!
