Lots of evidence that he was in the trade.
What is it they say about builders' houses?:rotfl:0 -

Pic 11.
Although it claims it was added 2 days ago, I've seen it before. Can't imagine why they've had problems selling. The EPC is worth a look.0 -

Nice house:).
One lottery win later - and I'd just remove the "boot" sculpture and swop the swimming pool to a "natural" wild one and job done. Ummm...licks lips....and tells myself a house like that would be too big for me...:cool:0 -

Overall - attractive impression. But wondering what on earth that Rayburn is doing sitting there in a sitting room on its own by the look of it (not that that matters - as most people would instantly rip it out anyway). I'd want to get in a damp specialist to take a good look at it - in case - and be out in that garden going through it with a fine toothcomb in case of JK.
Just the sort of place the determined to grin and say "I love it here" people would head straight for and buy - after I'd taken one look and thought "Never mind prettiness - gotta live here....so that's a no".0 -

EAs don't help themselves with their outright lies. Just checked and it's 0.8 miles walking to Boston Manor tube. Not "quarter mile".0 -

It was always called Spital CEMETERY Lodge - but they have dropped the word cemetery and nowhere does it mention that you are at the entrance gate to a cemetery... out of area viewers are in for a surprise!
Amazing how EA's just 'airbrush' out such huge things. Like this £2.5m country mansion in 69 acres of parkland...

I think buyers coming down from London will be surprised to find that they will be sharing the long sweeping drive with 60 houses being built right next to them!

Well I think it's still THE fashionable colour right now:rotfl:. Even my mother was trying to persuade me I should do the re-painting of current house in it. Am so glad I didn't - in this "colder" light over here....I'm going to have to re-decorate all over again (not having realised until too late "warmer" shades are necessary in some parts of the country).0
