When we moved here there was pine cladding in the downstairs loo. It's still there, painted cream now, DH hates it.
We moved here in 2008 and our downstairs loo has pine cladding too - and original 1977 green toilet and sink, complete with original toilet seat. Nothing has changed except the flooring and new window since we moved in. It reminds me of a sauna :rotfl:0 -

Well, at least paid for. Apparently Tom Cruise is selling his England pile...

I'd trim those daisies and round it up to 5 million. Is that 0.001% going to make all the difference?0 -

I moved to my house in 2006. I still have a pine clad wall in the dining room and a pine clad ceiling in the kitchen. They should both finally be gone by Easter thoughYou can pick your friends and you can pick your nose but you can't pick your friend's nose.0 -

Depends how it's done. I've just put matchboarding to 900mm in the hall and dining area. Painted with Farrow & Ball, it looks OK to me, and it will stand up to the wear & tear there much better than alternatives.0 -
