Someone who breeds rabbits or guinea-pigs too, going by the garden. The flowery carpet would probably put even a rabbit off doing the horizontal hula though...

That explains the patio doors in the bathroom. You can lie back in the bath and watch the wildlife in the woodland.

If you look at the aerial photo, you'll see it's suffered almost as much deforestation as the Amazon rainforest and only a shadow of its former self.
