I don't see the problem with Pic 5. It's a bedroom they're using as an office. OK in an ideal world they'd clear it out whilst selling and put a bed in, but presumably they need to use it. Wouldn't put me off in the slightest if viewing. The monitor to chair ratio seems slightly high - perhaps the decluttering included chairs but not monitors.4.7kWp (12 * Hyundai S395VG) facing more or less S + 3.6kW Growatt inverter + 6.5kWh Growatt battery. Coincidentally, many years ago, we looked at the semi across the road, purely because it had a massive garden for a property in Bath. As you can see from street view, although it had a garage, the stress of getting into it would have been too much in those days, to say nothing of the London Road's fumes and noise in rush hour mode......
We passed on it. A few years later, the Batheaston Bypass went ahead.

And if it was painted cream or duck egg blue/green, you could do the Country Living look.0 -
When we moved here there was pine cladding in the downstairs loo. It's still there, painted cream now, DH hates it.Spend less now, work less later.0
