House is OK - I'd love the swimming pool, but I think overall the Tom Cruise house is better value for money.
Some of those huge bedrooms look a bit weird and pointless - it's nice to have plenty of space, but most of them just look like huge caverns with a bed plonked in them.0 -

Depends how it's done. I've just put matchboarding to 900mm in the hall and dining area. Painted with Farrow & Ball, it looks OK to me, and it will stand up to the wear & tear there much better than alternatives.
It's part of a major refurbishment and extension to the ground floor. They will be gone..You can pick your friends and you can pick your nose but you can't pick your friend's nose.0 -
