Been on the market for a few months now. Caught my eye as I was going past the estate agents on my way to do some shopping. It looks older than it is. I'm also intrigued by the kitchen in the family room.

I think it has. I also believe it was sold about 7 or 8 years ago, when I was then interested in a nearby property. I contacted the estate to see if I could purchase a small bit of woodland from them. It was just an outlying piece, not connected to the rest and not very valuable.

Anyway, as the estate was being marketed, all that went nowhere.
