Stunning house, but not much privacy methinks.... and I do like to wander round the garden in my PJs.

EDIT: It does say "the garden enjoys a good level of privacy." but I don't think the picture conveys this very well.

The catch is possibly that the council, wishing to preserve its holidaymaker assets,would resist any change of use to a private home + flats etc.

Their problem is that few people are buying into these now, or investing sufficiently in the ones they own. How many people now go for family holidays in a UK hotel?
