Who fancies having a bath....pic 7?
Top Find award Toozie!
Is that a narrow toothbrush rack or a trip switch hanging on the dexion?
Unique fireplaces; garden sculpture, (we all know that an EA wouldn't highlight rusty corrugated iron sheeting); & artexing even a Welsh DIY fan would be proud of
I wonder if the spores? glow in the dark, (pic 9).0 -

I love the look of this place from the front, and the outbuildings...and the welsh tapestry blanket on the bed in 17!
Turn the outbuildings into holiday cottages........up market of course (for L Laura)
B & B in the house (Bed & breakfast-Laura!!)
Field for tourers & camping, and maybe a few statics.
One can dream!
Oh that depressing kitchen
Reminded me of one at a Welsh farm that we looked after one August about ten years ago. Except that kitchen was (non-Smallbone) 'unfitted' using MFI units that were meant to be fitted, but the walls were too uneven, so they were left erm, 'floating'.
It was beyond belief!
OH managed to wedge the sink unit to another so that I could clean it. How does a kitchen sink become covered in small dents?
The property had been in the family for 200 years & that kitchen was the only 'improvement'.
However, the owners were a philosophical delight & at £600+/wk it was difficult to say no. A quick hunt around produced that rare (maybe not in Wales?) but most useful of items, a wraparound pinny! So armed with my Glovelies (the Rolls-Royce of rubber gloves), I attacked the zone I was expected to cook in until I could almost cope.
Sorry, I do go on, occasionally:beer:

Compare and contrast with those million pound London properties!
I'd settle for this. (Hopefully it would last the remainder of my lifetime!) http://www.privateislandsonline.com/islands/v-anabraThey deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -

Planning permission................probably wouldn't be granted, take a look at the lane on street view!
One can dream!
Well...the hall isn't too bad and tiles possibly keepable...... The rest would be up for a MITSTM rip-athon.
Me....I rather fancy the sea in that photo of tropical island in a later post. I remember swimming in warmer/brighter seas as a child....:sad:0 -

Pic 8. Floor plan calls it 'unfinished/open'. Judging from the ivy, it has been that way for several years!

Is pic 2 the downstairs bedroom or the living room?
Whats the pic of the floor, mat & bottom of french window for? Just to show the woodwork could be starting to rot?:j0
