There's a lot of these round here that were built in the 1960s - although this one has a more modern kitchen in it.

There are a couple of streets around here that have these but they always go for less than smaller Victorian terraces on the surrounding streets. Always wondered why.0 -

Not surprising. These late 60s / early 70s houses lack any of the character of Victorian houses. Not particularly well built either. Flimsy walls and low ceilings. Post war up until the early 80s was a low point in quality and design IMO0
