I have rejected properties further than that from the A40 because of noise, and the B class road running directly behind the property's garden is also a very busy one.
I'm sure some other people would be less concerned by road noise than I am, but for £500k I could certainly find more appealing places.0 -

It hasn't, as the sink uses batteries to pump water, which it also doesn't appear to have as a service.
Beach huts rarely have either, but that one is quite moderately priced, compared with a few I've seen in desirable, less exposed locations.0
