I assume that picture 10 shows a to scale diagram of exactly where the trampoline is, and how much of the land it takes up... X marks the spot0 -

I think I may have found the smallest property currently on sale in the UK!
Not even sure if it has electricity!

The A40 is way behind the property at least two homes and gardens most people see the advantage of the quick access to Ross on Wye, M50,M5, M4 and Cardiff/Birmingham but thanks for all the comments.
I have rejected properties further than that from the A40 because of noise, and the B class road running directly behind the property's garden is also a very busy one.
I'm sure some other people would be less concerned by road noise than I am, but for £500k I could certainly find more appealing places.0 -

It hasn't, as the sink uses batteries to pump water, which it also doesn't appear to have as a service.
Beach huts rarely have either, but that one is quite moderately priced, compared with a few I've seen in desirable, less exposed locations.0 -
See if you can read the description of this without wanting to punch something or someone:

If you yearn to be as self-sufficient as possible then you will adore all the raised vegetable beds, and the fruit cages full of so many and such a wonderful variety of fruits bushes. Your friends and neighbours will love the presents of fruit when you can eat no more or when the conserve expert in you runs out of jam jars! Let your children grow strong on a hearty diet of fresh eggs from the chicken coop, and we can all marvel at your latest cake creations.
