extraordinary. But then i suppose a site this large is going to be viewed as a player by any company with any sense. BTW, I still haven't had my welcome pack from pruhealth - been waiting 2 weeks. Also Holmes Place expressed concern that now they are Virgin they might not keep to the deal. The advised me to read all small print very carefully.--

it took me about 2 weeks to get my welcome pack as well.0

Received my big red pruhealth envelope this morning after signing up on the 27th. Doesn't mention anything about the 6 months free gym membership. Have I missed the boat? I chose the insurance to start later this month...0
-
hmmm...i'm not sure about that...best to give them a call.
but your membership pack wil not contain any gym membership forms, card anyway. you have to call up the gym to arrange for your pruhealth gym membership to be activated. then u have to turn up at the gym for a health check.0 -

Mine didn't mention anything about it either. Head down to Cannons (or wherever) and you can sign up on the spot, but it might be better to call them and book the initial fitness test and sort it with Pru them0
