It's a 1 lb gain for me this week. I'm actually really pleased with that, lol! I've had a horrible cold for a week now and haven't had the energy to do any exercise, and have been eating quick fix meals... mostly junk
I thought it would be at least a 2 lb gain, if not 3!
Not feeling too bad today, so think I'm on the mend.Getting fed up of it now, I don't remember ever having a cold that has lasted this long before!

FS a 1.5lb loss for me this week
looks like my BMR is dropping to a level where my current calorie deficit loses me less which I should consider as good but hey.
I am 1lb off my Dukan ideal weight and about 8lbs off my BMI being Healthy.
I am currently living a kitchen nightmare with pipes keep getting in the way so not running enough for my liking.

Hey all,
Back from all the weddings and my holiday with a 2.5lbs gain. I expected it really, we did indulge in lots of treats whilst away! Been feeling rotten since my return - another one with a cold here :-( eaten well considering but not felt like exercising.
It seems to be clearing up so hope to be in the gym again soon.

1lb loss for me this week. I have been having soup for lunchtime, and I think that they may be a bit too high carb, although slow release carbs, such as vegetables with lentils and butterbeans0
