Fred - lost 0.5lb this week. Not surprised, Friday was a blowout - KFC and loads of alcohol!! :o still, it was a one off!

Sary - lovely to hear from you, hope the business is doing well. I have just re-found SW in the aim to lose a stone or so before my wedding, but you are right sometimes there are enough things in life to worry about than food. So long as you are happy then that's okay :) Thanks for your kind words, I am a bit nervy about the whole wedding thing still, being the centre of attention is not something I'm good at! haha.

  • Fredsnail can I count bathing the dog as a 10 minute session? It was harder work than any bootcamp workout I have done! It will be a while until I attempt that little challange again. :o

I don't know who was more traumatised, me or her lol.:p

I'd say yes because I know how much many dogs dislike being bathed:p

Well fell of the no pepsi max wagon. I was eating a awful lot more when i wasnt drinking it, as if i made tea i would have to have biscuits to dunk and i also started snacking more at night again. Dont know whether it was because i wasnt drinking pop or not though.

Really not looking forward to weighing in tomorrow as i can see a gain coming. Hoping it doesnt come to that, but am really dreading stepping onto them scales in the morning.

Well done Bb and W_O_T on your losses.

Really struggling this week. DD hen do at the weekend - drank too much and ate more carbs than I have for a long time, including cake which is my downfall. Since then the cravings have started

So tomorrow I need to get back on track and reduce my carbs and hopefully in a few days the cravings will go.

Will see what damage I have done tomorrow.

Somehow managed to lose -1.75 lb this week.

Although very happy with the loss, I think there is a danger of me becoming complacent when I lose weight when I have had a 'bad' week, so need to be careful.

However, feeling much more 'in control' this morning - only another 5 lb and I will be out of the obese category, so determined not to lose focus.

Good luck with the weight loss everyone :)
  • Today I weigh 68.6 kg, that's a loss of - 0.8 kg since a week ago.

    In 'old money', that's 10 st 11 1/4 lb approx. Or, a loss of 1 3/4 pounds.

I seem to average just over a pound a week, because I hadn't really lost any last Wednesday. I lost the following day, though!

    Best wishes to all.
