    Morning all!

FS -2.5lb loss for me, surprised as I went off the rails Sunday at the BBQ, but you have to live a little :p

Ran 2.6 miles Run 1 Week 9 C25K which was 30 minutes so roughly 36 mins for 5k, so not going to challenge Trigirl and day soon :)

  • 1.6lbs for me this week, Fred.

Not a huge loss, but I lost a lot last week so it's ok. 4.4lbs to go until my 5 stone loss - hope to achieve that by my birthday in 5 weeks, so definitely should be doable.

My digestion is majorly messed up right now, and I have had my period for 5 weeks now (tmi), so my poor body is feeling a little worse for wear :(

1lb loss for me this week. would have liked more, but i know where i have gone wrong this week and will be changing that from now on.

I have managed to not drink diet coke/pepsi for the past 2 days though, so that an achievement. Today will be day 3

well i thought i had done well 1 lb gain dont get it however exercise
5 miles of walking and x 6 of 10 mins on that bottom step, dont understand the weight gain but not giving up i have started to calorie count but doing 1500 so might drop it to 1400 and see if weight shifts
So finally debt free and it feels amazing however continuing here to stay debt free.Next declutter house and body and finally swim under that waterfall x

  • This week, + 0.1 kg.

    69.4 kg.

    That's just about 10 3/4 stone.

It's a good few years, 20 at least, that I've been below 11 stone.

Ok Eric silly question what should your peak heart rate be? as when I did my run yesterday my peak HR was 215 is this bad ? (I'm feeling a little foolish asking this but I thought I understood this but it looks like I don't). Also what is the best HR for fat burning ?
