FS 31.10, with the sore throat and slightly stiff muscles, i reduced the TM by 10%

thinking about it, the full fat greek yoghurt is the perfect snack, especially as nothing fills you up as much

    http://www.totalgreekyoghurt.com/products/product_detail.aspx?pid=210

    per 100g

    Oil 900
    crisps 525
    cheese 416
    double cream 345
    steak (not trimmed) 196
    total 133
    chicken breast 116

For something that eats like double cream its amazingly low calorie :T

I shall be snacking on this when peckish from now on 100g at a time

    Hi everyone,

after three days of non stop pain I feel better however the huge bump on my left chic does not look good! :( I didn't exercise much this week but then I have barely been eating anything exept for painkillers and antibiotics... even far from the minimum of 1000kcal a day... Probably lost a few kgs as my tummy is flater then ever before(and it wasn't bad before!)
Had my normal coffee(2 sweetners) this morning and it felt much too sweet so I think I will cut down on sweetner and only use it when I REALLY need to... I'll see how it goes...

And I think my last post got lost somewhere between the old two threads and the mess there was with them so I'll ask again:
Eric(and anyone who'd like to share their opinion), what's your view on fish oil capsules? Waste of money? I've read somewhere they are good when trying to loose weight? TIA

i find tea and coffee (caffeine free of course) taste better without sweetener, a week without it and you should have adjusted

Most so called foods that have a metabolic advantage have a tiny affect in reality, chilly, green tea and coconut oil are probably the best but its still small gains. I have not seen anything on fish oil giving a boost but i doubt it would be measurable outside of a lab.

However I take an omega 3 capsule every day, over a 3 month period it defiantly made my moods more stable and drastically improved my short term memory.

    These ones are cheap

Thanks Eric - The one I used to get from Lidl compares well to the full fat Total. Stopped buying it and started getting thr 0% Total, but you are right it doesn't fill you up as much. The Lidl one comes in 1 lt tubs and works out about half the price.

Lidl - Eridanous Greek Style Yogurt

    Serving Size: 100 g, Calories: 126, Fat: 10.5g, Carbs: 2.8g, Protein: 5g

Off to Lidl to buy a tub, might be the answer to my late night munchees :)

Brightonbelle - Glad you seem to have things organised for your wedding. I'm sure your not really fluffy just chuffed ;) How long until the big day?
7 weeks:D How's this for fluffiness..yesterday I offer my DF a cup of tea. He accepts so I go downstairs to the kitchen. Come back 20 mins later and sit down: DF looks at me expectantly and i say what? Yup I had completely forgotten to even boil the kettle. I go back to kitchen, make tea in teapot and bring back up stairs. Let it brew 5 mins and pour.... no teabag in it, just plain boiled water:rotfl:. That sort of thin is happening every day. Keeping DF entertained anyway!

Victory - I totally get you re the meds causing loads of emotional stuff: that happened to me 3 years ago with new meds and I became an emotional wreck: couldn't stop crying; went to counselling to try and sort myself out. Meds then made me physically ill and i was taken off them...tears dried up over night and all the things stressing me no longer mattered a jot. But you try telling dr's that!

How were your son's highers Beanie - is this the cause of the stressful day?
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once
