Hi lovely people. Just been to SW and lost 3lb this week.
Done another 56 mins on the tread mill burning 345 cals. Didn'y know it was possible to sweat so much.:oDFW Nerd 1394.

1lb loss for me. Not feeling too good today, bit of a sore throat, feels like I am coming down with something. Trying to avoid thinking of my traditional comfort foods....fresh white bread with butter!0
