Why oh why do I always feel really hungry just before bedtime.

Used to always have tea and toast before bed - obviously this doesn't fit in with low carb diet, but if I go to bed hungry find it difficult to sleep. Any ideas for a low carb bedtime snack??

1lb loss for me. Not feeling too good today, bit of a sore throat, feels like I am coming down with something. Trying to avoid thinking of my traditional comfort foods....fresh white bread with butter!

lol after what i said yesterday i now have a very slightly sore throat, 2/10, so i will jog today instead of hammering it :( :rotfl:

No budge in the scales again today so disheartening. I know I haven't cheated but the scales don't lie. I have been a bit erm, well not going to the loo as often as I like but think maybe I am just making excuses for myself.

The only other thing is I am training twice as long and hard as I was, I can see my calf muscles now! Muscle weighs more than fat!!!!:rotfl:

Now I am just making excuses!

/slaps head, muscle and fat weight the same .. a lb is a lb .. muscle is slightly denser than fat, about 9% :p look a pokey out tongue ;)

a mug of coffee can add 0.8lbs to you and you can easily be carrying 2-5 "unpassed" lbs, super morbidly obese people have been known to carry 40lbs of it!!. Strenuous exercise causes fluid retention as the muscle repairs, it all catches up with you

getting STS weeks is perfectly normal, it will happen you can not stop it, especially as you get close to goal

Can I log 45 mins (short run and short cycle) for yesterday.

Also back down to 10.9 and 3/4 this morning. I am not going to say why, but read my last post and you may get an idea :rotfl:
