    Thanks Fred!

    *high fives SOTWs* :j

Tonight we had a piece of steamed trout with a side of this thing I found a recipe for but can't find again. It was steamed broccoli with some fried red peppers, mixed together with some grated cheddar, creme fraiche and seasoning, then you stick it in a gratin bowl and put some more cheese on top, then whack it in the oven for half an hour. VERY tasty.

I'm also excited because one of my favourite meals is pasta with peppers, onions and goats cheese mixed through it, but not allowed pasta anymore :( SO I am going to make another crustless quiche, and this time I am going to put peppers, onions and goats cheese in it! Hope it works...

Actually, are peppers bad? I feel like they are. Damn.

    nope peppers are superb

any natural veg is going to packed for off wonderful nutrients, just keep tubers under strict control (spuds etc)

everyone at works being dying with the latest virus infection and taking time off, and yet again i am unsure if i have actually caught it, i feel a little bit under the weather and i had a couple of days of mild sweats which i thought was the heat but it stopped, i have been retaining a bit of water as well.

this is like the 6th time in the last 12 months everyone around me has been dropping like flys and i have just brushed it off

a lot to be said for eating natural foods, keeping away from the artificial crap and a little bit of exercise, my immune system must be super strong

ok i will now wait to come down with some horrific virus as revenge for that last statement :rotfl:

Currently male, 6ft 2, 314lbs (incase anyones got a propoints calc and willing to spill) hoping to get down to 6ft an 200 lbs. I'll settle for the 200lbs tho.

How do you intend losing 2 inches off your height? ;)

  • Good news on the peppers :T Not sure where I heard that they weren't so great for you... Maybe it's just because I really like them and therefore assumed that I wasn't allowed them!

Fred, can I go down for Cats too please?

I am having a bit of a rubbish day so far - rain's chucking it down, people at work are taking the you know what, and I just feel totally drained. Luckily this is my last day before I'm off for ten days - YAY :j

No budge in the scales again today so disheartening. I know I haven't cheated but the scales don't lie. I have been a bit erm, well not going to the loo as often as I like but think maybe I am just making excuses for myself.

The only other thing is I am training twice as long and hard as I was, I can see my calf muscles now! Muscle weighs more than fat!!!!:rotfl:

Now I am just making excuses!

Not really. Constipation does have an effect.

I weigh 71.9 kg this morning, 0.2 kg less than yesterday, when I had that problem.

    No pets!
