I don't use anything for sweetening - bit concerned where asparatime is concerned despite what they say. I did buy some La Perla cocunut and lemon yoghurts but when I got them home I noticed they were around 9grams fat where as the MullerLights have just a trace. I'm getting bored with breakfast though, miss my cereals in the mornings now. Think I need to think of other things to eat and possibly buy the Recipe book. Lost 5lbs so far so happy.:)0 -

It's a bit like going to confession. A real brake on 'oh a mouthful of that won't hurt'. I don't want to have to 'fess up tomorrow morning!!
Could you tell me if you get all your recipe help from there please? I am two weeks into DD now and thought I would join as I had a 40% off discount but if you join you have to start at the beginning according to the website so I didn't bother. I'm not sure if I am eating enough and do keep to protein the vast majority of the time. I don't want my body to go into starvation mode but I'm not hungry. I do have trouble drinking the water though so reckon I have just half the quantity of water - but I am trying!0 -

Hi all, I am weighing in early this week as i am on holiday tomorrow and wont have use of any scales.
Exercise wise i have 1 hour to add to the challenge, Weight wise, I am reporting a 2lb loss.PAD Maker0 -
Really struggling the last few days, seem to be eating all the wrong things. Hardly done any exercise but this is mostly down to the excessive amount of hours I have to work. I work on a 9 week rota system, and I am currently on my busier weeks.
Hoping to pull it back from today before too much damage done.DFW Nerd 1394.
