Lose Weight 34

Average day:
Breakfast - 130g Greek Yogurt w/ half punnet of blueberries and 2 tsps honey. Or instant porridge, but trying to move away from that.
Lunch - 2 scrambled eggs w/ 1 green pepper, 1 onion and 50g goats cheese. Or a hearty helping of the soup I mentioned earlier, or a chicken breast w/ veggies.
Snack - 30g mixed nuts (walnut, brazil nut, hazel nut, almond) or a nature valley bar.
Dinner - Crustless quiche (eggs, full fat milk, smoked salmon, mixed cheese, leeks, mushrooms, onions) w/ lots of broccoli. Or a piece of chicken or salmon with veggies (and once with 3 new potatoes).
Mostly drinking water, but occasionally sucralose sweetened squash - and mint tea!
Last week I did 2 x 45mins and 2 x 1hour sessions on my exercise bike.
I thought I was doing ok - which is why I was so horribly disappointed this morning. I've never felt hungry, nor have I felt *too* full.0 -

it looks fine but without the total cals and g of carbs its hard to say if your in the sweet spot of about 75g of carbs a day or not
regardless of what you do you will get weeks with no loss and you will get weeks where you are perfect and put weight on, the human body's not a machine and it likes to mess us about
you can also shut down your metabolism off if you do not eat enough, but again only trial and error can show this, which is one reason i like to log everything so i can at least adjust it up or down to see what's if i am under or over doing it
although i have been slacking a bit recently, to many family days, anniversaries and BBQSand more coming up !!
but i am near goal and in no rush now as its not affecting my health, STS are good enough0 -
