Well good news is that I am 10st8.5lb for the second day in a row, which means I have lost 1.5lb very pleased this is the lightest I have been in years.

Was feeling rather tired last night but did a nice steady 1hr20 min workout on my treadmill. I ran for 10 mins then walked for 2.5mins until I had completed 13500 steps on my pedometer. It was nice not to be going full throttle for a change and found it very relaxing.

So quite happy for me this week, debating if I should race or do a boot fair on Sunday... I want the money but I want to race too!!!!

Methinks I'm gonna try some. If it's that lush, you sure it's healthy? :rotfl:

Fingers crossed it gets better. You won't be able to work out much with a dickie shoulder. Is it frozen or summat? (((hugs)))

The rest is doing my right knee good ;) Hope I don't get used to not exercising as haven't worked out since Sunday
