I do agree with make me wise & Wonder if once you had decided you didn't want to continue with the pregnancy your body ended the pregnancy for you, the body does strange stuff sometimes.
I wanted to come back and thank you 1,000 times over for this. It is truly the most comforting thing I've had said to me since the miscarriage.
Thank you.
I have taken the rest of the month off work. I explained the situation to my boss on Monday morning and she told me I didn't have to come back until I was ready.
My boyfriend has been amazing. He's barely left my side. My Mum hasn't been so great, telling me what a relief it is. It certainly doesn't feel like one, but I do understand why she feels that way:o
I think this will be my last updateBut I hope nobody minds if I come back if I need a place to vent again:o
Thank you to each and every one of you who took the time to post here or PM me. It helped so much. MSE is a wonderful place.
^ hormones all over the place as you can see:D

Hi op, im so sorry for everything youve been through.
I have been following your thread but felt i had nothing positive to add that others hadnt already said.
Your mum, probably thinks it a relief that her 'baby' (you) doesnt have to endure the pain and possible trauma of a termination as you miscarried naturally (i don't meant to offend)
It must be heartbreaking for her to know that someone has hurt you and there is nothing she can do to take away your pain, other than to be there for you.
I'm glad your taking the rest you finally need.
All the best xMy beloved dog Molly27/05/1997-01/04/2008RIP my wonderful stepdad - miss you loads:Axxxxxxxxx:Aour new editionsSenna :male: and Dali :female: both JRT0 -
Hugs to you op, hopefully this "chapter" in your life can be put behind you (as you had started to do), the body is an amazing thing and has certainly worked in a strange but hopefully positive way for you.
Your life will never be the same as it once was, but you may now go forward in a different way but hopefully better way for you and your new partner.
I wish you the best of luck, i really do.

OP, I am so sorry
I wouldn't have any clue what to do, I feel the same.
But (and I haven't read every comment, so apologise if this has been said before), I think that a father has to earn the right to be called one. If your current boyfriend sticks by you and brings up the child as his own, then I think he is more a father than the sperm donor.
I really hope things work out. Big hugs xxxxxThanks to all posters :A0 -
