You would need to host your image I think (photobucket.com is free) then click on the mountain picture next to the B I U button, then enter the URL. Hope that is right but have never done it before either

    I've been Money Tipped!
definatly DO NOT go into the tesco - what ever the outcome they will remember what you look like and you'll be embarrass every time you go in there!
    also
I work in a large retail chain and once (when i was new and didn't know better) I miss scanned a ladies items and didn't charge her for three of the items! she had just left the shop and was in the shop next door so my manager rung up our head office for some advise who said - legally once the customer has left the shop any errors the cashier has made cannot be pursued! we handed her the goods and she paid what we asked!
i would of thought it's the same situation?

by the way well done i'm sure if it happened to any of us hardened coupon carriers we would have done it for sure!!!

sorry by the way with my company ALL customer correspondance has to be on letter headed paper!

Wow you were brave :T Even though the cashier encouraged you, you were carrying the 'offensive weapons' :rotfl: so yes you were 'armed and dangerous' and in my opinion brave to have a go. In my experience coupon users have to be thick skinned - it's only rare occasions that I come across SAs 'happily' prepared to accept 10% - handing over coupons is usually an ordeal, I wish there were more helpful SAs about like this Tesco bod :A I hope he doesn't get into too much trouble

I also think it's important to find out how they got your address. Talk about Big Brother
i agree the employees usually act as if im asking them to donate an organ, its not that much effort for them is it eh

well done for so many!, and sure its greedy but which one of us wouldnt have done so if we could? I tend not to use a clubcard if i use a lot of coupons and i always pay cash!

Simply ignore the letter, as others have said sounds like some checkout manager whos screwed up trying to make you pay the money back so noone finds out-not your problem tho

In regards to the letter-if you want i can help you, send it to me via email , markeee@gmail.com and i can put it up here?
