    Good morning everyone

Today im going to atempt to sort out my ebay pile/piles and also will try and give the house some attention. Other than that, no plans. Was going to do some shopping but the weather is awful so a warm snuggley day in sounds good to me

Hope everyone has a good day :)
  • Morning everyone! :hello: and a huge hug to Tru and everyone else who needs them.

Second day back at work and it's absolutely dead so I've bought a book in to read (boss is out :) ) So not much to report really. I've got a list of things I should do like ring the doctor and order some parts for our camper to get it through the MOT. I was given a torque wrench for Christmas which I've been using just for fun - I can't wait to actually find something I really need it for. And dad's going to teach me to do some welding! :j :j (I was going to go on a course but ran out of money).

Got to make a shopping list for hubby and email it over so fingers crossed he'll have it all done by the time I arrive. And then I think I'll mooch over some of the finances. I became debt free yesterday so it's a little daunting what to do with the extra money I'll now have.

Oh, and feeling very broody again. :(

Have a lovely day everyone! :)

Gingin, yes i did get a globe at boots early December at over half price, i hope you manage to find one, dd loves it and the boys have spent loads of time on it too!!
Ill keep my eyes out and let you know if a spot one at a good price.

Just poped to the shops for juice and cereal, and gas, as the flipping gas meter has ran out again!!!! I have only been having it on 2 hours a day and it is just eating the credit up!!
I am putting in on average £20 a week, but £9 of this is for a debt, which is nearly paid off thankfully, 10 weeks and that will be the first debt of 07 gone!!

Just about to have a look what other things i have to put on ebay, managed to put ds1 gameboy sp on yesterday, but that money will be for him as he bought it hiself from his b/day money.

    Have fun all

    Good morning MSErs.

    ((((hugs)))) to Tru and Moggins.

It is the last day of our holiday before returning to work. We had a nice mixture of work and relaxation

I am in the process of writing a letter of complaint to Tesco after we were treated very rudely by a supposed Customer Service assistant. Then the supervisor was very arrogant and patronising to us. I will not go into a lot of detail here as it is really for the Vent forum and I will be posting there.

In any case we purchased several items more cheaply yesterday in Iceland that we would usually get in Tesco and I felt better. :D

Hope everyone has a good day

    Morning All

Feeling alittle better today, Tru you are not on your own, I deffinately take the decisions in this house.

((Hugs)) to anybody else that needs them.

Going to take it easy again today, but I really need to get some washing done, anything else will be sit down jobs because I'm feeling quite weak at the moment. I really need to get some milk for DD but I think that I may ask DH to pick it up on the way home from work, dont normally do that as it does terrible things to my shopping budget.

I've also just remembered that I need to get DH to print out the download version of my BM manual that wasnt included with my BM.

    Have a good day everyone

  • Morning Guys!

A real sh*t day here too today. OH & I have had a barny over something stupid and he was abit horrible:o I dont feel too well either so everything seems alot worse than it actually is.

I have to call SIL today to let her know that due to circumstances wil be unable to have her do my cleaning/ironing etc anymore-this is what Im upset about as I know she has no money. I wont go into it, but I suppose its my conscience upsetting me today. I hate being assertive to people I care about:cool:

All DD's stuff for tomorrow is sorted. WM has been on and clothes are on airer, DW will go on soon and toilet cleaned:D I have put a sausage cassarole in the SC with sausages (der!), onions, carrots, swede, spuds, baked beans and will add some frozen veg later. Will serve with mash or baked spud.

OH is sorting the laundry room out as he needs to drill a hole for the TD hose....just incase I NEED to use it;)

DD & I have a hair appointment at 1pm, then we all have dentist at 2.30pm:eek:   ...I hate dentists!

Anyway, better go. Wish me luck today.

    PP

I wonder what it is about today, everyone seems to be having a bad day.

((((hugs)))) to everyone who is feeling down, unappreciated or who has had a barney with the OH this morning!

I am trying to have as many no-spend days as possible this week. Monday was zero. Yesterday I spent £9.57 but it was all on things we really needed or couldn't avoid: £1.58 on guinea pig food; £4.99 on fruit & veg and £3 on DS's footy training. I couldn't have avoided any of that. I bought my fruit at the market near to where I work. It is really good quality and very reasonable. I'll be going there again.

I have brought a salad for lunch today, with some left-over turkey that I took out of the freezer. I'm determined that it won't be wasted!

Off to the gym at lunchtime too. I joined in about November, shortly after I started my new job. I live about 20 miles away from where I work so lunchtimes are my only opportunity to go, but that suits me fine.

Right, got to get some work done!
