Anybody use tesco webmail?

Hi,

Can anyone who uses the Tesco Webmail please let me know if they are having any problems with it tonight?

I'm having problems accessing the website and logging on and am wondering if it's just me?

    Still down. Last few days have been terrible.

    Had our Tesco email account since 2000 and last year or two service has been unstable at times, slow to login and retrieve mails, and more recently out of action completely for hours or more on end.

    Tesco service status has not once reflected the recent problems however it is now (finally) showing email fault or service down.

    No planned maintenance is announced so looks like a wait and see till it's all working.

    Mine's been awful too, takes 5 mins or more to send an email, and since this afternoon it hasn't logged in at all. Good job I've already checked in for my flight...not that I will now know if the owner of the flat I'm supposed to visit has replied to my email :-O

    Situation even worse today.

    Can log in but there are no emails there - it is as if the account is a new one, i.e none of my folders there.

    Hope it gets restored as had some emails on there I still need to download. Irony is other tesco email accounts I have are fine and I wouldn't be too worried if I lost data on that one.

    Just joined...found this today. My husband has had problems last few days and when tried to phone Tesco it was at least a 10 minute wait! Mine was ok until last night 9pm when I had an "error" notice. This morning......nothing all e.mails mysteriously disappeared. :mad: Does anyone know if they are retrievable? Thanks.
  • It's been on-and-off for a few days now. One moment you can connect and see the inbox and then when you click on an individual e-mail the service fails. I'm also downloading to an explorer inbox... or rather attempting to! A batch downloads, and then nothing and then another batch, which usually pre-date what's already come down. Nightmare. Less than a week away from my daughter's wedding, so just what I don't need right now!
