Yey it worked. Ok I can see gerberas, carnations,lilies and roses which are correct - just different colours to florist pic. Piglet can you identify the white flowers ?

And before me and Piglet go toe to toe again I can see why your upset as its mainly blue and white and not bright like the picture but there are the lilies, carnations roses and gerberas in there so they never gave you completely random flowers like your first post implied. They kept the correct flowers so technically did adhere to their t&c's

Wow.. that's completely different! Wonder if someone got the order mixed up or something, or if they're allowed to substitute one complete bunch of flowers for another lol. They don't look half as nice, or expensive as the one you ordered but I'm not an expert. Piglet can tell us.

I'd be wanting my money back tbh.

The flowers listed on the website are the flowers the op got - granted the colours have changed - I'm not sure what the white ones are ... am on mobile so can't Google search effectively lol


Op - who have you been talking to - th shop or the relay? If the relay have you sent them the picture?
