I ordered my in store boost vouchers online, it said delivery via email, but I'm still waiting 24hrs later...any idea how long it takes?

I'm not sure why you would've ordered ones for in-store use - why not just go there.
But, did you get a confirmation message that your order was excepted? If you did, the follow up email should arrive within an hour.
Check, the vouchers you used - do they show used, pending, or active? If pending, call Clubcard.
I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard
  • I noticed that the Tesco Boost event ends today, so called the helpline and the first guy I spoke to said he converted my clubcard points into boost vouchers for me. After hanging up, I found it hadn't been done.
I called back and a woman answered and said I needed another department, then hung up on me. I called straight back and found the line was now closed for the day.
Can I change my 2500 points into boosts online or will my daughter miss out on lots of extra birthday presents?

If you are ordering online you can use your vouchers as boost at the checkout.
