Last week I ordered 2 sofas online, with £70+ worth of vouchers, successfully doubled and discounted, made the nett payment and was given the delivery date for 3rd November. Wonderful! On 1st November, an apologetic email from Tesco cancelling my order due to "an error". My money would be refunded in 2 - 3 days and my vouchers credited as double points to my Clubcard account. However, I then discovered that the actual VOUCHERS WOULD NOT BE REISSUED UNTIL NEXT FEBRUARY, leaving me with no "Clubcard savings for Christmas". After a very strong email of complaint, they have finally agreed to send me the doubled voucher refund as a gift card. So far, it has failed to materialise!
I had a similar problem with the last double up I ordered a hot water dispenser and without talking to me they canceled it and sent from mail saying I had canceled it.
I was fuming so phoned up and after a fairly long chat the last guy I spoke to kindly credited my account with the points so I could double up again he then ordered me another one that I picked out for next day delivery then once my other points had returned to my card he then removed them.
I was not going to let that go and luckily it paid off.have now given up smoking since feb 13th 2014 loving the money I'm saving0 -
Does anyone know how strict they are at checking clubcard numbers when you exchange in store? My MIL has offered me a £20 voucher towards the cost of a tablet for my eldest for Christmas, but not sure if it'll be accepted.... Maybe if she came with me *scratches chin*If you have good thoughts, they'll shine out of your face like sunbeams & you'll always look lovely.0

from previous experience I tried with my partners coupon but was refused as the coupon has your name on it and allocated to your clubcard number.0 -

I did it before, but made sure I had the clubcard, the voucher belonged to.

I spent about £2500 a about 8 years ago on Tesco and never got any vouchers. Is it too late to reclaim anything?0

How did you spend that? On-line or at the store? Over what period? Did you have a clubcard? Was it registered?
In answer to the last question 'Yes'. Vouchers are valid for two years, they are sent to the address on file for that card, provided that the card is Registered.
If the card is under an old address, but the mail has been returned, there may be accumulated points still available!I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
Be vigilant at the Tesco Checkout and always examine your receipt before leaving the store. Over the last three visits to the local store @ Yate Nr Bristol several items were charged for incorrectly and that meant another long wait at the cigarette/lottery counter to get the money refunded.

I have had the same problem of using my vouchers to boost and then discovering when the order is changed your points do not get reinstated until next statement date. For me February. I was supposed to receive a Money Card to cover the value of my vouchers but it didn't arrive. I have spent over 4 hours phoning Customer Services and speaking to 7 people none of whom have been able to solve the problem. I did at one point get a Money card to the value of £9505! Being an honest soul I phoned Customer Services to tell them of their mistake, they have sent me a £20 voucher for my honesty but have still not resolved my original problem. No wonder Tesco are in such difficulty. There is no coherency in their Customer Services Department.0

Hi,
Does anyone know when the clubcard points that you get for spending on your tescos credit card get added to the clubcard account?
Thanks0
