Lots of people are going to get a shock when they go online to check for any unused vouchers as I did in May. I was aware that I had £21 worth of vouchers whi h were going to expire at the end of that month so thought it best to use them up. I had received a new batch the day before which had bought the total face value of all my vouchers in excess of £300. These soon to expire vouchers according to the website, when I tried to redeem them, had already been used? Strange I thought, we had received a message from Tesco saying use them soon so what was going on? I then tried to enter the code of the most recent vouchers eg the ones which had arrived the previous day and the same thing happened! I was aware of a problem as this had happened to a friend at xmas when all her hard saved vouchers had been used by someone else! According to tesco ours had been redeemed instore around the London area on phones and other ele trical gadgets. Don't know how but take it that our password had been hacked and our account plundered of a large sum of vouchers so hoarders be ware!
You don't even need to show your clubcard when redeeming so if your account gets hacked you've lost them. Tesco will replace my vouchers but I have to wait for the next quarter, which is very soon. Tesco have known about this since atleast xmas and have yet to find out how its being done! Worried now about saving vouchers for larger deals!










Tesco have known about this issue since atleast xmas and have yet to resolve the problem. I have to wait until Aug to have my vouchets replaced with the next quarter issue. My friend was a little more forceful as her vouchers had been saved up for ipods etc and she wanted to take advantage of the clubcard exchange offer for xmas. She ended up receiving her replacement vouchers in the form of a gift card to the value of the deal at that time!
Why was it still happening in May? Apparently you don't have to show your clubcard when redeeming your vouchers instore any more, so if someone can hack your account and print off your vouchers they're laughing!

Sad times... I think they might have stopped the Beauty Expert offer. No more cheap Molton Brown treats for me! Currently saying 'unavailable'. Will cross my fingers they come back...

I want to order a £10 boost now but some other boosts later - but all my vouchers are £50 and it seems if I use one for a £10 purchase I will have to wait until the next statement until I get the £40 back which is obviously no use for the current boost deal. Is there any way to split the vouchers before applying for the boost?

Yeah. There's no explanation how he did it and the article's information does not lead to a £2 kindle. maybe a £45 one.

I had almost £28 of unused tesco vouchers dated from 1.8.2013 to 31.8.2014. I sent a copy of these vouchers and a letter to customer care in Dundee and my request for a refund was refused! Tesco does not according to their customer care centre in Dundee refund out of date vouchers! I wrote directly to CEO of Tesco and he refunded my £28. I am very disappointed with Tesco so I don't know if I will continue to be a regular customer in the future, Tesco will also loose custom from my daughter and son who are both at college and my elderly mother.:(

Martin's info says that Ipod's etc are included in the new boost promotion, however when I look under that category I can't see them? Anyone clear it up?Thanks,

They are included- try typing in ipod into the Tesco search bar, then clicking on the item you're after, when I looked they were included (ipods not ipads though).

Thank you, they show included on the Tesco direct website but not on the links from the Tesco Boost website, strange but guess they must be included

Beware! Last week I ordered 2 sofas online, with £70+ worth of vouchers, successfully doubled and discounted, made the nett payment and was given the delivery date for 3rd November. Wonderful! On 1st November, an apologetic email from Tesco cancelling my order due to "an error". My money would be refunded in 2 - 3 days and my vouchers credited as double points to my Clubcard account. However, I then discovered that the actual VOUCHERS WOULD NOT BE REISSUED UNTIL NEXT FEBRUARY, leaving me with no "Clubcard savings for Christmas". After a very strong email of complaint, they have finally agreed to send me the doubled voucher refund as a gift card. So far, it has failed to materialise!
