i got fed up of clearing the cache memory and yahoomail app cache in trying to sort the problem i was experiencing too for a few days now. So yesterday i deleted the apps data and then deleted the app via phone settings (application settings) and then reinstalled the yahoomail app again from the android market and now the app works fine. looks like it was something to do with the app getting bogged down after some time.bubblesmoney :hello:0

Hi guys I'm thinking of this as my upgrade. Please can I have your honest thoughts on the handset. I know it sounds stupid butcan you check in using Facebook???
Thanks0 -
I think it's (one of?) the best phone(s) ATM. Surely you can use it for Facebook if you have data included in your tariff or you are prepared to pay for it. Also you can connect to the internet via WiFi.0

.....but can you check in using Facebook???
If you're asking what I think you're asking, the 'check-in' is there through the Facebook Android app.
You could also check-in if you went to FB through the browser, though I find it easier to change to the desktop site on the phone rather than the mobile site.Dave. :wave:0 -
Has anyone had any issues with using any of the Samsung Galaxy (either version 1 or 2) when transfering data via a PC? I had read on other reviews that there were software compatability issues, I had an entire two contracts spent like that (thanks to Sony Ericsson w850i and then another SE handset after that, long while ago but memory of this is strong enough!) I really don't want to go through the same thing again.
I also wondered how the handset works out battery wise? Love the HTC models but the battery just seems so dire, like if you don't fork out for a new battery/carry around the extra bulk of a charger you lose out (and yes I would be a wifi/internet heavy user), wary that the battery issue may not be an HTC only issue.0 -

never but as with any USB connection removing USB cable before transfer is finished may corrupt data .

Battery's are small and slim i usually have a car charger plus a spare battery for out and about use .
