Raspberry muffins made (treat for DS1 breakfast)
Pantander online banking applied for (Got teeny ISA)
    Online banking checked
Got cashbook from attic to use for MFi3 challenge
Fed cats - and youngest DS
    Challenges posted

Now the medium big frog of the day is to bring the "Healthy eating" blog up to date for MrF - Sugah tweaked my eating a bit so I have a catch up to do with all the pictures etc. Should really get into the habit of doing it after every meal.

The BIG frog is to set some dates into the diary for the MFi3 challenge. GULP!!!! but I have decided that I can dedicate 2.5 hours every morning to this alone plus whatever I can squeeze into the rest of the day.

Ooooh - raspberry muffins, MG - I can be there in - ummm - few hours :p

I took yesterday Max All, paracetamol and codeine. Got up this morning with head ache still going strong so now I have taken the strongest over the counter Ibuprofein. If that doesn't work I hope that acupuncture later today will.

I'm using the cheapie muffin mix from AP with a handful of frozen rasps.

But this is my usual recipe - and yes mine do come out looking lovely like this:

    Morning All,

For the first time in ever I am doing no cleaning, washing or work related stuff as Im off for a hen party day:j  at 12 noon then BBQ and finally up to London for a party river cruise along the Thames! Really looking forward to it and made extra special knowing I planned and saved the necessary money:D
I have to say the whole wedding thing seems such a faff (I'm a bridesmaid) or it may just be the two day hour by hour inventory which the bride sent me that has pushed me over the edge:rotfl:This is one of the reasons me and oh have been together 11yrs and not done the marriage thing.
Have a lovely day all x

I am fine. Have been mostly sleeping because they did give me drugs after all. This had to be done because the part of the vein that was damaged was high up and close to the deep one. So my GP according to these people here was right - if one of the pieces got lose ir would not have killed me immediately; the doctor here said that I would have only coughed blood for couple of weeks. In couple of years time it would have been a different story.

Will let me out on Monday.

Keep safe and keep on, peeps.

    Glad you're well FW.

Smcshane, that itinerary sounds horrendous!!!! I hate forced jollity. Hope you have a fabby day though.

MG, it will come as no surprise to you that I LOVE todays challenge. The amount of greying, hideous stuff I have seen in my work just makes me want to scream!

i have lurked on this thread and the previous ones but it moves so fast I rarely post. I just wanted to post this morning and say thank you for the challenges. I am a bit behind I think but so far over the last couple of days I have

decluttered my purse and handbag  how much junk did I carry??
decluttered our "important paperwork" file. again do we really need house insurance documents for houses we don't even live in anymore??

and last night after weeks of not being able to get in our dining room DH and I went in with a bin bag and ended up filling 3 (one rubbish, one recycling, one shredding). It can now almost be used as an actual dining room. DH just needs to move the rolled up carpet and put the table back together and voila. :j

I would probably have left these jobs for at least another couple of months if I hadn't been inspired by this thread.

The spare room is next with the bin bags :D
    Goals for February
    Declutter 2/50

Marru - I find that not breathing through my mouth really helps reduce the pain and can stop the headache coming on. Since yours has been there for a while it could be that your poor blood vessels and brain are a bit bruised.

Could you ask GP for immigran? I have found it works better for me than maxalt and I have an injector pen as my stomach likes to 'flash' when I am in the thick of pain.

If you are interested in why nose breathing works, it increases the level of carbon dioxide in your blood and this makes the oxygen uptake better (look up Buteyko). For the first time in 30 years I have been able to reduce and sometimes stop a migrain in its tracks, so for me it is fantastic!
