We are so close to having the goods released that I can almost smell them (They've been packed away for nearly 10 months, but were clean in.....)
Just arguing the latest invoice of >R7,000 (about £700) but I think most of that was included in our original invoice which Popeye paid in December so cross everything for this last hurdle.
As a coincidence I shall be watching some of the orphans play footie in Soweto tomorrowThey'd rather be wearing some of this kit, but what's another week in this long and boring saga :rotfl:

Just to say FW came through everything with flying colours and has been trotting (well hobbling) up and down the hospital corridor.
Her only problem is that to get a wifi link she has to stand outside the nurses' station and she can't stand for long yet. But expect some posts PDQ!:j0 -
But what a saga OO - well done to you for following this through :T:beer: :T
Crickett - good buys :T. Sounding good missus.
Thanks for the update MrFW, glad the op went well, you will all be relieved.0 -

Not seen it through yet...... we may have arrived at a sticking point, though I'm arguing almost everything.* eg R2,000 for taking the 41 boxes out of a container??? You must be joking!
*Not arguing the R24 for cleaning the container though :rotfl:

I have a feeling my friend FW won't make a very patient patient IYSWIM?:o
Grumpy toddler this afternoon - so decamped to local crockery painting place where he played for nearly two hours on their play equipment, I had a cuppa and wrote more of my plan.
Stopped off on the way home to get a quick haircut - the apprentice did him, so no cost - and he got a lolly for being a good boy (So that's his sweetie ration for the day taken care of)
Much happier - if much wearier little boy now.

Bowling fab fun but I came last twice?!
Momentous day on the way there as we took ds's potty to the tip -he has finally come around to using the toilet after having a prolapse last year and is now very proud of himself. So had a little trip to toy shop and got him a Cars 2 model to reward him (this has been a big thing for him and has needed lots of patience and positivity along the way)
He is also now heavy enough (just) for the next size car seat - you know the easy ones which you can just shove them in using seatbelt rather than digging around in their huge coats to find straps which won't meet and won't budge and means you get a wet back while you half undress them in order to squeeze them in - slight rant there sorry:o. So going to dig around in the garage for dd's old ones as she is too tall for the backs of them and just sits on a booster even though technically she is tall enough not to need one at only age 9!!!Mortgage £119,533 going down slowly

Less bubbly now I am home and after the counsellor. It was a bit traumatic this time around. Also need to work now and I seriously can't be bothered!!
And I did manage to do 50 lengths in 25 minutes.
Right...time to remove the cat from my lap and get on with work. Oh, and Marru, I will be getting rescue piggies, but not until we have moved house."A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort"Herm Albright 1876-19440
