((FW))))))))) have you overdone it? Look at yourself as you would look at a lovely friend - and ask again, have you overdone it?
Excellent sofa MG! :T :T :T 100 out of 10 indeedWell done you
And excellent news on the training front Souk! :T :T Hope you're enjoying it!0 -
I'm fortunate to work for a large employer with a decent sick policy greenbee, so if I need it I'll be taking it. In reality, it's the 2 hours each way travelling that will get me, rather than the work itself I suspect, and I generally only go to the office 2 days a week, so it may be less than 4 weeks, but I'm not going to feel rushed into going back before I'm ready, and work are pretty good and won't make me feel guilty luckily! :T0

Wowee MG 10/10 :beer::beer::beer:
I hope you relish these sofas, well done you for not giving up on them - utterly fab-u-lous.
((Hugs)) and positive vibes to FW, look after yourself lady.
Positive vibes to Kittikins for your house to sell swiftly and painlessly.
Today (and all this week) has been designated "get the house back into order" week. Porch, hallway and under stairs cupboard all decluttered and cleaned - totally wrecked my mop in the process though - I mean it's deed now :eek:.
Dd's guitar case cover and favourite Mickey Mouse soft toy washed - they were both covered in mould after being stuffed down the back of her bed next to leaking radiator :eek:. Guitar case has come up lovely :T but poor old Mickey still has one mouldy foot and a mouldy hand :rotfl:. Answers on a postcard, please.
Took a peak in ds's room..... and quickly shut the door, maybe tomorrow - shudders.
Eeeeh but it lifts my spirits to have a tidy, clean house. Off to feed the hoardes.
Eta: positive vibes for our two ladies going into hospital - I will also be around to natter to.0 -

MG What about you girl!!! The sofa is absolutely gorgeous, and it is hardly believable that you did it within a couple of weeks, for under a tenner. I hope you are now sitting in the chair opposite, admiring your handiwork, and sipping a glass of something alcoholic - you deserve it!!Sealed pot Challenge 2011 member No 1241 - Final total £154.21

Sad? Not on your nelly. If they were mine I'd keep stroking them with sheer delight. That IS sad lol
Hugs FW.....do you suffer with SAD at all? Feel affected by the shorter days? Sending you positive cheery vibes xxI have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knifeLouise Brooks

Hello all, I am back from holiday now! Didn't really enjoy it as went with grandparents and uncle and uncle was selfish and stayed in bed until lunch time every day. He didn't want to take us out in the car and only did so a couple of times after loud complaints of boredom from me (even though grandparents are elderly and ill, he wouldn't even take them out for a meal!) I only stayed the full week as I didn't want to upset grandparents (or would have got train back) and I had plenty of time to get on with my OU work and read two books and several magazines. I will certainly never go anywhere with him again!
While I was away, the fridge packed up. OH's Mum bought us a new under counter fridge which I am very grateful for, but I have now lost freezer space as we previously had a fridge freezer. I do have another freezer in the pantry, but it is full, so no more freezing of bargains! OH also managed to move the coal bunker that he previously announced could not be moved!
Looking foward to seeing the sofas MG, but I am currently on another computer, so don't have the blog link on this one. Haven't had a chance to read back over the thread yet, as my first OU assignment is due in on Thursday and I am busy stressing over that!0
