    Crickett, that's fantastic Woohoo:T:T:T:T:T

Welcome to many years of paying annual professional subscriptions!!

Too right :( Mine's £235!!! I wouldn't mind if you got more for your money than a magazine that is too boring to read!
  • Congratulations Crickett! It's time to bask in your accomplishment now and celebrate:

  • Ladies of the Matrix.... I have an announcement. Drum roll please .....

I have passed my portfolio submission and I am now a fully qualified public finance accountant.

If it hadn't been for you guys booting me up the keister on various occasions, I would not have got this far. I have lots of forms to fill out (and no doubt money to pay!!) but... I am now a fully qualified professional accountant. :D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Even the fact that I managed to send out duff reports to my budget managers has not dented my pleasure!! :rotfl::rotfl:

    Wooooo hooooo! :D:j
    Congratulations, Crickett. That's wonderful news.
  • Most excellent news and VERY WELL DONE Crickett!! All your hard work has paid off handsomely.

How are you going to celebrate? Enjoy!!

    Very well done Crickett :T

National Chocolate Week? Better buy more chocolate buttons then so I can fully participate :D
  • Thank you, all of you!

I am, to coin a phrase, well chuffed!! :D

To celebrate, I am not going to go and buy chocolate. No, instead, I am going to see if I can buy a couple of pairs of jeans. Having put away my summer stuff and having brought out my winter stuff, I discovered I am distinctly lacking in the jeans department. So, being a sensible money saver, I am going to do my research and then go and buy something useful. Oh, and I am going to go to choir practice tonight and sing at the top of my lungs!! :D

My annual membership is £285. Plus I have CPD I have to do, and if I want to go and work on my own (which I do) then I need a practising certificate at £75 and an annual fee of £245. Oh, and then there is the Public Indemnity Insurance. Yikes!! Still, I shall build it into my business plan... I am going to do this!! :D

Well done Crickett! :T :T :T :T So inspiring to see you reach your goal :) Lovely idea for a celebration :)

Just dashing through, but Ocean spirit - wanted to say that if you feel you're not strong enough to do something, then you need to say no - if you agree to something that is going to damage your health or wellbeing, then you're letting YOURSELF down. Other people will only feel let down if you agree to do something then don't. People will understand if you are unable to commit in the first place.

Soap - I use these instructions, with the recipe from this post. No goats milk in it though - MG's got that one I think!
