Well done on breaking the £1000 MG and happy last day Souk

Better day at the front line today as most of the parents were too cold and wet to want to stay and cause a fuss this morning. Have just got home to find dh has tidied, cleaned, shopped and put jacket spuds in oven before heading off to work. Sometimes, just sometimes he is ace. He is also off to work tonight - to sit in a paid for box with clients at the MEN arena watching Peter Kay and get paid to watch him - I am SO in the wrong job!

Lots of decluttering needed so going to try to get some simple bits done tonight while catching up with tv stuff and then an early night as dh is on long shift tomorrow and I will be chief chauffeur and entertainer tomorrow.

Woop woop !!! I am on a roll.

Apparently I shall be getting £8 for covering the session today at Playgroup - so that is DS2's snack money for next term paid for (I shall of course dutifully transfer the £8 over to the Debt Fund right now)

Silly to get so excited about little bits - but the whole debt has nearly been cleared using little bits.

Woe is me for my dd has just tried on every piece of clothing she owns and the landing is now full of clothes that she can't even squeeze into. Left in her room she has 2 pairs of leggings, 1 skirt, 2 party dresses and tops (plenty of those but none really 'warm') and nowt else. Luckily she is very hot blooded so rarely needs anything jumpery or mega warm but even so I think this may end up costly!

Basically energy follows intention. For example if you focus all your attention to your right hand (or left if you prefer) then you right hand should feel different from the left.

There are several methods on "sending energy" to someone that is not in the same place. Reiki, Quantun Touch and Wonder Method are some of those. There is no need really for any specific techniques the intention itself is the key, the techniques are just there to help focus.

So in the nutshell it is energy healing but from the distance. (This guy I was doing the exercise with was able to say with one minute accuracy when I stopped sending energy  and he is on another continent)

Sell some of her stuff on Eb*Y - could offset the expense of the new wardrobe - or do you have a local NCT that has Nearly New sales near you - worth a try:)

She has already decided she wants to car boot it all herself along with lots of other stuff she has been saving for it as long as she gets to keep the profits. We did trawl ebay for a few bits last night and she loves charity shops so going to 'mooch' today and Grandma likes buying her clothes so she has had a phone call too:p
